-You must sign a rental agreement to rent this property.
-$500.00 security deposit hold is required. This is simply a hold on your credit card 2 days prior to check-in and will be released within 2 days of checkout and verification of no damage to property.
-This is a residential neighborhood with many fulltime residents. Please keep in mind the quiet hours ordinance of 10pm-7am.
-MUST be minimum of 25 years old to rent.
-Primary guest MUST be present during stay. No 3rd person booking or booking on behalf of minors.
-Maximum occupancy is 6. Any evidence of over-occupancy will result in a fee or $50.00 per person, per day over the max occupancy and could result in immediate eviction.
-Renter is responsible for bringing tire snow chains.
-No smoking or vaping in the home or front porch.
-No hot tub use after 10pm.
-3 car maximum
-No Parties
-No large gatherings
-No Animals
-No religious ceremonies
-Violations are subject to fines by Big Bear code enforcement and possible immediate eviction without refund.
Cancellation Policy:
-To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 30 days before check-in
-If guests cancel 30 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, you’ll receive 100% for all nights minus $150 cancellation charge to cover fees.
-If a guest cancels 14-29 days before check-in, you’ll be refunded 50% for all nights minus $150 cancellation charge to cover fees.
-If the guest cancel less than 14 days before check-in, there are no refunds.
